Why Work With Me?

I am a nutritionist with a First Class BSc in Nutrition from the University of Leeds. I have spent over seven years in the wellness world working 1-to-1 with clients, teaching yoga, and practising as a massage therapist. I run worldwide yoga and nutrition retreats and deliver talks that turn science into simple, usable actions.

I work with women online across the world. Different time zones. Different cultures. One clear aim. Personalised nutrition tailored to you so you feel steady, strong and confident in your body.

My approach blends evidence with lived sense. Biochemistry when it helps. Behaviour change that fits real life. Consent, clarity and compassion. We filter the internet noise, bin the gimmicks, and build routines you can actually keep.

This work is personal. I have a history with disordered eating. Nutrition and yoga helped me rebuild from the inside out. That is why I coach without shame or scare tactics. We keep food neutral. We keep you safe. We focus on strength, nourishment and self-respect.
