Trainings & Retreats
Teach. Transform. Travel.
Teaching and holding space is at the heart of what I do.
Whether I’m leading a 200-hour teacher training, co-teaching a retreat, or facilitating a workshop, I bring over seven years of international teaching experience — with a deep focus on anatomy, intelligent sequencing, hands-on support, and nourishment from the inside out.
I believe in creating spaces where people feel safe to grow, question, and reconnect — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.

What I Bring to the Space
As a lead trainer (ERYT-500), massage therapist, and RNutr, I offer a multidisciplinary and grounded approach to practice and teaching.
If you’re looking for someone to co-lead or support your training, I bring:
-
A confident and engaging presence in both studio and group learning spaces
-
Specialised teaching in anatomy, biomechanics, intelligent & creative sequencing , vinyasa, kriya & bandha, assists & power of touch, yogic nourishment, and philosophy integration
-
Guidance on holding space, trauma-aware teaching, and nervous system support
-
A nurturing but structured approach to learning — blending practical, embodied, and scientific tools
-
A deep love of mentorship — especially in helping newer teachers find their voice and confidence
-
Experience managing multi-week training schedules, group dynamics, and the energetic arc of a retreat
200 hour teacher trainings

I’m a certified teacher trainer (ERYT-500) and recently led a full 200-hour Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher Training as lead teacher in Sri Lanka with Senses Yoga School. I’ve taught teachers and aspiring teachers how to teach — from cueing and sequencing to philosophy, anatomy, and hands-on assists — and I’m also qualified to lead 300-hour advanced trainings and mentorship programs.
My teaching contributions often include:
Anatomy & physiology (with a clear, accessible approach)
Intelligent sequencing and class structure
Biomechanics, movement exploration & functional alignment
Asana Lab, hands-on assists & bodywork-based teaching
Meditation, yoga nidra, and pranayama/kriya practices
Cueing and voice development for teachers
Nutrition for yoga practitioners — including digestion, energy, menstrual health, and seasonal nourishment
Upcoming Trainings:
November 2025 | 200HR YTT | Sri Lanka
April 2026 | 200HR YTT | Sri Lanka

Retreats
I’ve co-hosted and taught on retreats across the world — from the jungles of Sri Lanka to the dessert of Morocco to The coastal greenery of Spain. Whether it’s a reset in nature, a surf and yoga immersion, or a space for deep personal inquiry, I bring movement, presence, and care to every retreat I support or lead.
My approach blends strong, breath-led flows with restorative practices, hands-on bodywork, and nutrition wisdom — creating experiences that are both grounding and expansive.
Retreats I teach on often include:
~Dynamic vinyasa and embodied slow flow to support strength, mobility, and emotional regulation
~Yin and yoga nidra for restoration and integration, often woven with seasonal or philosophical themes
~Self-massage, somatics, and partner work to explore the healing potential of touch
~Surf and yoga retreats, where I help students build resilience, breath-body connection, and recovery through practice
~Nourishment workshops exploring digestion, gut health, intuitive eating, and seasonal wellbeing
~Massage therapy sessions, offering retreat guests the opportunity to receive bodywork for deeper physical and emotional release
Whether you’re attending or inviting me to teach, I create retreat spaces that are intentional, inclusive, and transformational — with space to move, reflect, rest, and reconnect.
Upcoming Retreats:
