Freya has the ability to let you experience you are stronger then you think. She does this by constantly inviting you to use your breath and your energetic body to empower your practice. Her knowledge of the human body and experience as a massage-therapist definitely shows in her verbal & physical adjustments: they allow you to explore asanas even further. Also, her extensive knowledge showed in the anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics lectures. I experienced Freya as a very passionate, motivated teacher who not only cares for you as a future yoga-teacher but also as a person. Both during and after the YTT I felt I could always approach her with any question and she would be more then happy to help.
