Yoga Classes & Workshops
ONLINE & IN PERSON
Experience a blend of intelligent movement and mindful stillness through my yoga offerings — designed to meet you where you are, and guide you into a deeper connection with your body, breath, and awareness.
In-person classes in Sri Lanka include functional vinyasa, embodied slow flow, yin, and yoga nidra. I also offer private 1:1 sessions online, and themed workshops for specific skills like backbends & understanding spinal anatomy, inversions/ handstands, mobility vs flexibility.

- My dynamic vinyasa classes are breath-led and intelligently sequenced — often set to yoga beats music that anchors presence through rhythm and stokes the inner fire. These sessions build heat, clarity, and momentum, drawing on the transformative energy of Agni (fire) to ignite strength and focus.
- Embodied slow flow is rooted in the earth and water elements — grounding and fluid. These classes offer time to feel into the structure of each pose, explore mobility, and develop strength through presence and control. It’s a space to stabilise, soften, and open from the inside out.
- Yin and yoga nidra sessions draw on the spaciousness of air and ether, guiding you into deep restoration and energetic release. These practices are slow, subtle, and profound — often woven with yogic philosophy, seasonal cycles, and meditative themes that invite surrender, reflection, and integration.

Nutrition & Yogic Nourishment
As a Registered Nutritionist (RNutr), I offer personalised advice grounded in science — not social media trends. I don’t believe in restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all advice. My approach to nutrition is rooted in science and informed by lived experience — shaped by my own journey of healing from disordered eating, and supported by my academic training in nutrition at the University of Leeds.
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body and overwhelmed by conflicting messages about food. What changed everything for me was learning to listen — to my body, my hunger, my energy — and pairing that intuition with real, evidence-based knowledge.
Now, I support others in doing the same.
Whether you’re looking to improve your eating habits, manage your weight in a healthy way, address digestive issues, , improve energy levels, navigate plant-based nutrition with more confidence or simply feel more at peace in your body — I’m here to help.
- 1:1 Consultations — personalised guidance to support your goals, from gut health and energy to hormone support and weight management to support for those healing their relationship with food, rebuilding self-trust, and stepping into nourishment with clarity and self-respect
- Recipe Planning — custom meal plans that are deeply nourishing, realistic, and tailored to your lifestyle
- Workshops — educational and empowering sessions available online or in-person for individuals, wellness groups, and organisations; focused on practical nutrition, habit change, and deeper understanding of nourishment from both modern and yogic perspectives

I was a bit nervous whether it would be very painful but Freya made sure to check the pressure was fine and found knots in body I did not realise were there! I had heard it was hard to find a good deep tissue massage therapist in Ahangama and hence would very much recommend Freya, she’s super professional and a lovely person. I’ll definitely be coming back. Talia Williams2024-11-25Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 5 stars - One of my favourite massages I have had regular full body massages from Freya in the past month and I really reccomend her massage therapy services. Freya showed great consideration and interest into my main concern areas and what I wanted to focus on for each massage. She listened carefully throughout our consultation and massage, she ensured the pressure was correct and if I was comfortable throughout. After struggling with lower back problems from a gym injury in August, I have felt no further tension or pain after Freya specially treated the area. My body feels relaxed and restored after all my treatments. Highly recommend and I will be booking regularly!
